So I didn't buy my phone through RingCentral but its compatible. its the Polycom VVX 410. its connected to the internet but its not working at all. What are the next steps? I was on the phone with someone from spectrum for an hour and half yesterday following everything she was saying but we had no luck. Please help. Need this phone up and running ASAP for our office.
