We have texting disabled for all users currently (we have some Hipaa stuff to get through), there does not seem to be a message sent to someone who tries to text one of our users (phone numbers) that says the RingCentral number does not receive text messages at this time.

Is the feature available, am I missing something? a sender does not know if the text ever completed or did not complete.........
