Is anyone else experiencing the following issue since updating to softphone version 11.0.1.35084?
I just noticed this and it may be a result of today's softphone update, but whenever our users have active calls on their softphone, but "Record" button is activated automatically (with no announcement that the call is being recorded) and when you click to Stop Recording a message is received that states "Recording cannot be stopped". HOWEVER, we are not automatically recording all calls, and there are no recordings found in the RC portal. This is an urgent issue as we cannot record calls at the moment because of this bug, and our users think they are recording calls when they are not. Screenshots attached.
