Hi,

Is there an option to take over calls from another call queue? I know you can set options on how long a caller has to wait unitll it gets transferred to another call queue. But we would like to option to get notified when another call queue gets called. Sometimes a department is off duty and then it would be lovely if another call queue can take that call.
