I have submitted the PDF version of the SMS Campaign Registration on February 17th.

There is no email confirmation from ringcentral and No status in Admin portal too.

does it same for all customers who submitted TCR through PDF?

How will i know that ringcentral has actually received it?

@Rpbhoir30 I looked up your email in Salesforce and didn't see a paid account under the email address associated with your Community email in your profile.
Can you please share via email your Account information so we can look into this further?
