My SMS was shutdown yesterday and is still down today. Your site says that TCR was extended but that is not correct. There is an open case but I am told that it could take up to 20 days. Am I shut down for 20 days??

@Tony Perkins I see that you have a case open - I'll reach out to the case owner and identify where that case stands.

I will say that we had extended the deadline and so if you were able to text before the SMS registration process, you should still be able to.
I would make sure to discuss this with Support when they reach out to you.

Please try quitting and restarting the app to see if that resolves the issue. If it does not there is a good chance your number was flagged by a carrier, aggregator, or spam agency.
