TCR Registration Approval - Multiple Failed Attempts

I am at a loss.

I’ve re-submitted 5-10 times. 

I’ve worked out all the details with RingCentral TCR Support.

I updated things based on deep research online.

I keep getting the same failed attempts.

Can I just pay someone to update my site so that this goes through?

I give up.

We’ve had the same experience. I’ve submitted the TCR registration multiple, multiple times. Every time they come back with a new issue and want another $17 to resubmit it. At this point I am thinking this is a money making scheme. TCR seems like a scam to me.
