Thanks for reaching out! If you're unable to send SMS, it's likely because your company needs to be registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR), which is now a requirement for business SMS messaging.
Could you please check if your company already has an approved campaign and if your number is linked to it? I recommend reaching out to your account administrator, as they can review your TCR registration status and confirm if everything is properly set up.
