Is it necessary to create a campaign for employees to text customers from their personal cell numbers that are not RingCentral numbers & they are not registered to our business? We have some parts employees who text customers to let them know that a part has arrived.

@Dion Hughes I'm not sure if this will cause those numbers to be blocked, as it may be carrier specific. Speaking to those carriers respectively is probably your best bet to ensure they won't be impacted by fees or blockage on their personal phones.
