Hi, I would love to be able to set up a feature that after the general VM and then they enter an extension that it reaches that person's VM and does not goes through as a live call. Can we please get this feature so that our clients and staff won't have to re learn our phone system?

Looking forward to having this feature added! 


We also need this feature. We need an answer service to be able to transfer screened calls directly to VM.
