We have multiple users who cannot send fax from email. This started last week and has continued this week. The users have been setup and granted access using their company email address on the administrator portal.

I have verified the sending email address using the tools provided and has passed.

I opened a ticket last week and have not heard back.

Any help would be appreciated.
