I have a phone number that I use for voice and texting and it goes through RingCentral. I use MyCase case management software and there is an option to use Twilio for text communications. I’m told that I can reprogram the texts sent to my number to forward to the Twilio number. How involved is that process? How long does it take to set things up? Is it something that the customer does, or do we go to our RingCentral rep (Spectrum) to do all that?
