A user reported that she was not receiving email alerts when she received a new email.
When I checked her setup, the app was reporting "99+" voice mails. When I called her extension, I left a voice mail and it did not show in the list, and there was no notification that there was a new voice mail.
Is there a limit to the number of voice mails for the users?
Is there a sync delay after deleting voice mails before it allows more?
