A user reported that she was not receiving email alerts when she received a new email.
When I checked her setup, the app was reporting "99+" voice mails. When I called her extension, I left a voice mail and it did not show in the list, and there was no notification that there was a new voice mail.

Is there a limit to the number of voice mails for the users?
Is there a sync delay after deleting voice mails before it allows more?



Start with the Messaging Notifications in her user account. All good there? 

Junk email folder? 

I’ve had users with plenty more than 99, but I don’t know the limits. 

 


I believe the limit for how many voicemails a given extension can receive is 200. If she already has 200 voicemails, I bet that’s the reason. Check the admin portal > Users >  the column Msg to see how many voicemail she has received and how many of them she listened to.
