Is there a way to set up a greeting that gives callers the option to press 1 for English and 2 for Spanish and have the calls directed to a certain extension? 

Yes, you need to setup a IVR system on the back end. They are located in the Admin portal > Phone System > Auto-Receptionist > IVR Menu. 

To create a new menu click the New IVR Menu button, then in the pop up select site, the extension number and then name it. For example, for our offices I had to do the same. I used the “Office Location - Main” as the extension name. 

Once you have that done, go to the key prompt tab. Click add a prompt, it will be Press 1, then designate where that call will go to from your internal directory. Then click add a key prompt again once that is done and do the same for where you want the other language calls to be routed.
