I understand that we have voicemail transcription for our extensions, but what about IVRs? Under the MVP settings, we do not have queues created, just individual IVRs on the RingCX platform. Is there an option or setting that I am just missing?

I'm sorry, Devon, but this feature is currently not available. However, you can go to https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ and add a feature request. Our team regularly reviews these requests and tries to implement them in the future updates.
