Where do I see Contact groups on the Desktop/Phone Apps?

I made a Contact Group from the web portal (under "Personal" and "Create Group") however when switching back to the Desktop app and Phone apps, the Groups that were made is not being shown. How do I see the groups in the Contact tab?

HI - are you talking about the Teams that you've created? If so, that small arrow for the pull-down should then switch views:

If not, can you post a snip of where it shows the group - and where you're trying to see it.
