Can you name a conversation?

We use the chat feature for Tech Support but we have different techs everyday so I can't really use Teams for that. is there a way to name a conversation so I don't just see everyone's name on the title?

Hey Michelle,

There is not a way to do this right now without converting the conversation to a team.
