Missing Text Messages

Hello, My text messages disappeared even though I did not exceed the limit number of texts. I do not have the archive feature. I was told by tech support that I "must have deleted them" but I did not. Is there a way to retrieve them? Thank you!

    Check once in message store api with your message id, If you are able to see your full message there.
