users availability on the live reports (widget)

Hello We have a call center and we badly need to have a live report that shows the status of all the agents, not just the call queue groups realtime, currently your live reports dont show that as an option, only call queue groups, Please have this feature available on your next updates

I noticed this as well. This would be a helpful function as well as being able to see date and times when calls were either refused or abandoned.
