Hello, I am a current customer with about 20 users on our account. We often are setting up video meetings with prospects by asking what video service works for them(i.e. facetime, duo, etc.). Since we already use RC for our company's phone needs and set up video meetings internally, can this be done for external folks?
I know it has been tried before but wasn't successful. Looking for a streamlined way to create a meeting, send to someone and have them be able to simply click on the link and be brought to the video meeting- without having to sign in or download an app-whether it be on their phone or a desktop- with the ease and professionalism of a zoom meeting invite.
Can anyone help?
