Has anyone else started having HUD issues?


Starting last week (around 7/5/23), I started receiving complaints that HUD status's are incorrect. It will show someone as in a call but then their status changes to "offline" when the call disconnects instead of "available".

I've also received complaints that HUD contacts were wiped out and had to be re-added.

I submitted a ticket but I'm curious if this was widespread or just our organization.
