Prevent mobile RC app user from making and receiving calls

Is there a way to block or keep user from receiving or making calls from RingCentral app on their cell phone? We have some field staff that only need RC app for messaging and video. No phone. Trying to avoid accidental calls which we will be billed for.

Sandy, there is a way. The admin can edit the User Roles and Permissions. One of the lists is to disable Domestic Calls. You can check on this KB Article below.
