Could you please help me with the API which allows me to listen to the ongoing/active call from another extension? I could find "Supervise" API but that works only for Soft/Hard phone.

Appreciate your help. Thanks!

Can you explain more on what you wrote ".. that works only for Soft/Hard phone"? If not soft phone or hard phone, then what type of a device do you expect to listen to the call?
