Hi we are using RingCentral widgets to build the customized SMS chat application. I see that application using pubnub for notifications. When I read about pubnub, looks like its paid version when we have many users. Is this something we have to do or handled by Ringcentral already? Please confirm.

It's handled by RingCentral if you subscribe for event notification using one of the RingCentral SDKs
