We have a lot of computers that still have old versions of Ring Central meeting installed, e.g. Ring Central meeting 6.0.59781
when I try to uninstall from control panel > program and feature, I got an error message, from event viewer it says:
Product: RingCentral Meetings -- Error 1723. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action _C2780903_2FC0_4315_A9D0_FD5D5451D4C8, entry: Uninstall, library: C:Program Files (x86)RingCentralMeetingsmsicaCustomAction.dll
We have to uninstall the old version of Ring Central meetings from hundreds of computers in our company.
Did anyone get the same issue?
