I keep getting a failed fax.

I have tried to send the same domestic fax in teh US this over 20 times! I successfully sent a fax with more file attachments to the exact same recipient prior to this one, so I know the information and file names should work.

This situation seems like it may need some live troubleshooting, I think it would work best if you opened a case with our Support Team!
