We have been using VanillaSoft with RC corded phones. They have communicated seamlessly for the last 4 years up until this morning
Does VanillaSoft support TLS 1.2? We recently upgraded to TLS 1.2 to increase security capabilities. You may also want to visit our Developers Community for integration's.
This is outside of our control and you will need to contact VanillaSoft to upgrade their security protocols to support TLS v1.2.
