how to send a fax to an efax number

I'm trying to send a fax to someone's efax number. I entered the number as 11234567890@rcfax.com & it failed. I then tried 11234567890@efax.com & it failed aswell. What is the proper way to send to an efax number??

eFax is supposed to end with efaxsend.com..in case it helps anyone else
