Mike Hochendoner: Is the POTS replacement available in Canada as well?


Answer:
Hi Mike! At the moment, the POTS replacement is only available in the U.S. However, we're actively exploring options to expand this service to other countries, so stay tuned for updates!

Rhett VanScoter: Is this AI writer available for all RingEX packages? I have Ultra.


Answer:
Great news, Rhett! The AI Writer will be available across all RingEX packages, including Ultra. You can expect it to roll out by the end of the year, so you won't have to wait too long to try it out!

Miriam Vidal: Does RingCentral provide an AI transcription feature for phone calls?


Answer:
Yes, Miriam! RingCentral does offer AI transcription for calls. It’s currently available for Core and Ultra packages, and it’s coming to the Advanced tier in early November. The legacy tiers will have it by the end of the year.

Hey Rhett! The AI call summaries (also known as AI call notes) are on the way for Ultra customers. You can expect them by the end of the year – we're excited for you to check them out!

Julia Hallak: Is there any update on RingCentral and Salesforce?

Hi Julia! We’re currently reviewing our integration with Salesforce to make it even better. We should have some updates before the end of the year, and even more improvements are planned for 2025. Stay tuned for some exciting changes!

Will any AI tools be introduced into the Business Analytics portal to help provide insights to data without having to download and manually manipulate in Excel?

When can we expect to see the ability to share Business Analytics reporting regardless of user permissions?

Would the new update have the option to see the data on the transfer calls, not as a general number  but more as a department or specifics ext.

You can easily review the video here in the Community by following these steps:

  1. Go to Community Webinars.
  2. Click on Past Events.
  3. Look for "What's New in RingEX, October 2024" and click on it.
  4. Then, just hit Watch Now to enjoy the video!

The ability to share Business Analytics reporting is currently in a closed beta, which we've extended a bit. But don't worry – it's set to roll out later this month! If you need access sooner, just let me know, and I’d be happy to forward your details to our Product Team to get it enabled for you right away.
