Separate Ring Central accounts for Separate Salesforce Users


Hi,

I currently have 2 separate Salesforce users (SF1 and SF2) and 2 separate Ring Central users (RC1 and RC2). Both are under the same org.

My Goal: Each Salesforce user is able to log in with their own unique Ring Central account (they have their own phone number for sales)

The Problem: When I log into SF1 and also log in with RC1 in Salesforce, it works great. But, if I log into SF2 with RC2 username, it also logs SF1 in with RC2. It is only letting me have one Ring Central log in across all my salesforce users.

We pay for 2 Salesforce and 2 Ring Central users. Please help!
