Assigning numbers to a Cost Center

I have been looking for a few hours. Can anybody shed some light on how numbers are assigned to cost centers through the api?

What is that "Cost Center"? Is it just an extension under a RingCentral account?

Anyway, there is no API to assign a phone number to an extension. You have to do that from the admin portal at https://service.ringcentral.com
