Is the To reply using the RingCentral app. click here in the text message email notification actually to allow you to reply to the text message or is it designed just to take you to the RingCentral website to download the softphone app?

Hey Kimberly, I just tested it and right now it just shoots you over to the app store to download either the RC app or the RC Phone app.

I can see how this is quite misleading. I'm gonna pass this feedback along to our Product Team!
