Is there a way to connect Ring Central to a third party application (Churn Zero) to record all calls and text messages coming in?

@INFInick I think I can help you with your question, but it is not very complete. If you don’t mind me saying. You posted this in the Workflow Builder group, but the question also feels very generic about the RingCentral REST API. Can you clarify?

In the meantime:

  • Workflow Builder might be able to help, but it is not 100% ready yet. You can send HTTP requests with WFB, but the process is still relatively technical. WFB also does not yet parse the response to make it available elsewhere in the workflow. By the end of Q2 however, it should be much more suitable to this task. 
  • The RingCentral REST API is an awarding winning platform, and is very complete. You can certainly accomplish your task with that if you are software engineer. 

But I am not sure what solution you are looking for exactly. 

I have to mention one more thing: App Connect. App Connect is a great platform to help integrate with a third party system for the purpose of logging calls.
