We are using the Ringcentral API to pull sms data for our users. Pulling data the takes longer than 90 seconds to download causes the connection to drop. There isn't any way to pull that package without the connection dropping.
What endpoint did you use to read, the message-store? Can you make the date/time period shorter? Can you use the message store export instead?
Same issue here, we cannot download the files it times out to quickly. We have a message store with 5 parts, 7MB, 1GB, 1GB, 1GB, 500MB. always times out after 90 seconds. Tried Chrome, Postman, and even our Node server but all same outcome.
