Thank you for your unwavering support of App Connect. It has been an amazing year, and we’re excited to share the major milestones we've achieved and give you a glimpse of what’s ahead.

Expanding Our Adapter Ecosystem

In the past year we launched new adapters for Bullhorn and NetSuite, which has driven thousands of users to App Connect! We are also grateful to our community developers, Gate6 and Loyal.ly. Gate6 built our ServiceNow adapter, and Loyal.ly will soon release adapters for FreshSales, FreshService, and FreshDesk. There is also the possibility of a GoHighLevel adapter in the near future!

Commitment to Quality & Performance

Growth comes with responsibility, and we are doubling down on quality. App Connect 1.3.9 is an example of this continued commitment. In it we’re introducing significant system enhancements and automated stress testing to boost capacity and stability, along with the following small but impactful improvements:

New Features & Enhancements

  • AI-Driven Calls – New setting to automatically enable AI features during calls.

  • Clearer Call Logging Controls – Better messaging when "Automatic call logging is enabled" setting is disabled when server-side call logging is active.

  • Persistent User Settings – Your preferences are now saved even after logging out and back in.

  • Redtail Timezone Support – Added a new option to manually set and manage your preferred timezone, since the Redtail API doesn’t provide this information.

Bug Fixes & Optimizations

  • Clio Logging Fix – Resolved issue causing "Clio not able to log" errors.

  • Bullhorn Log Page Fix – Ensured the NoteAction field is properly captured.

  • Call Log Cleanup – Removed unnecessary "Agent note" titles when no agent note is present.

  • Quieter Background Processes – Significantly reduced unnecessary error/info/warning messages for background tasks.

  • Improved Contact Matching – Enhanced logging and UI accuracy when multiple contacts are detected.

  • API Recredentialing Improvements – Reduced instances of "invalid authorization" errors.
