What is the length of time when a user is dormant will their status change to Away. Also when the status changes to Away will that remove them from ques?

The offline or invisible status will appear after 15 minutes of inactivity. And yes, they will be unavailable in the Call Queue, too. To know more about Presence status, please check the KB article below.
