I cannot apply to production my App

I have accomplished the requirement of < 5% on error response, however, the analytics at the dashboard are not updating and I am not able to apply it to Production.

    If all items on your app analytics dashboard are checked and you still cannot submit your app after 2-3 hours. Let me know the app client id.
