How can I pass Custom Parameters while sending an SMS using PHP Rest API or SDK?

Is it possible to pass Custom Parameters while sending an SMS using PHP SDK? For Example when I send an SMS to a customer I wants to send some metadata with it and once the customer replies to my SMS I wants to get all the metadeta of customer I sent in custom paramters to RingCenteral SMS API.

Is this even possible with RC REST API?

Unfortunately, it is not possible. All you can send and receive the the text message with the from and to phone numbers.
