Get user call log record startTime incorrect format

https://developer.ringcentral.com/api-docs/latest/index.html#!#RefUserCallLog.html states for the startTime "The call start datetime in ISO 8601 format including timezone, for example 2016-03-10T18:07:52.534Z". When I retrieve the value I get '03/05/2018 22:08:58'. Is there a setting that I am missing?

Can you provide here the entire JSON fragment you get from REST API call?

I apologize.  I was finally able to get in and see the JSON string directly and it is being delivered as promised. A 3rd party parser has decided it knows better and is making changes causing my issue.  Thank you for your quick response!
