Is there a way to set a user template to be applied by default? Like when a user is created it will apply the default user template automatically?

Can you have a user template applied by default to all new users?

There is no option. You have to manually assign a template once the extension is created. Please add this as a Feature Request in our Ideas Portal at https://ideas.ringcentral.com/.
