Has there been any development on bypassing the after call wrap up times?

After call wrap up time is great, but not always necessary. Users need to be able to bypass the wrap up time and return to queue at will.

Hi Ingrid, this is currently nor ran option on call queue. You may submit a feature request in our Ideas Portal at https://ideas.ringcentral.com/.
