We have disabled voicemail from the Admin Portal but we still see 'To voicemail' when there's an incoming call. When I click 'To voicemail', it plays an announcement and disconnects, but we just want the button to say 'Decline/Reject' instead. MicrosoftTeams-image (2).png

Hi @Calvin Lee. This behavior is current how it works. It will not change the options in the app when the voicemail is disabled in the portal. I suggest creating a Feature Request to customize the buttons during a call in the RingCentral app.
