Cold Transfer - ALWAYS Show Incoming Caller ID?

We only do cold transfers.

Our PolyCom phones show the caller-id of the extension transferring a call by default UNLESS the person dping the tarnsfer holds Transfer button for a couple of seconds.

We NEVER want to see the extension which is transferring the call. We ONLY EVER want to see the caller ID of the incoming, original caller.

This is causing me a lot of grief.

Is it possible to deactivate the default behavior and ONLY SHOW ORIGINAL INCOMING CALLER ID?
