Setting up a new Voicemail PIN

How do I help a coworker set up her Voicemail PIN for her Desktop Ring Central phone. It is a T46S model. Technology is not her friend so I am trying to help her.

    As per I know, pin is generally set up initially with password. You can reset the pin from online portal.
