We are asking for a feature request to be able to remove previous versions of RingCentral (all apps) when updates are deployed, i.e. start from scratch. We have raised a support ticket and advised to use Revo Uninstaller, but with 100+ machines that will take some time.
We are after a way of the msi's removing all traces of the previous version(s) of the same app, or a batch script to be able to do this, as well as a full list switches (if possible), to make deployments even easier, with out notifying the users, and possibly part this problem I am in now?
