I have several complaints our Cordless Panasonic dect TGP 500 /600 phones drop calls randomly. While I realize this brand is not "supported" by Ring Central has anyone else had this issue?
The phone tend need reprovision occasionally. To get the phone on the Ring Central network Firmware updates are disabled. I suppose I could temporarily enable firmware updates to see if firmware could be the issue. Please share any cordless help.
