I don't want to buy a Plantronics or Jabra headset. Is there a way to make other wireless headsets/ear buds fully functional when using the RC Desktop phone app on computers running Windows 11?

If you’d like to use the “Call Control” features, you’ll have to purchase a compatible headset.
