user's mobile phone not showing in directory

I created a new user, added a mobile phone number and checked "Publish in Company Directory" but the phone number is showing in the app. I have over 100 users that this works for but I can't figure out why this new user is only showing the extension in the company directory and not their mobile number. I have checked and unchecked the box a few time but it still doesn't work. I have compared this users profile with other who do show their mobile number in the directory and everything is setup the same. I think there is something wrong on Ring centrals end. How do I get this resolved?
