I know that customers have been asking for this feature for several years now. The most recent question was in 2021. It's 2023. Has this feature been added yet to Ring Central. It would make sense since in today's world we are all working from different time zones.

Are you looking for a scheduling feature in the SMS API or in the RC app? For SMS API, it's still in our plan though. For the RC app, it is not supported at all. But if you expect to send SMS as a campaign (send to many recipients), you can schedule a campaign by using the SMS-Campaigns app.
