Does anyone know if RC has an auto-dialer for missed calls? Has anyone used their engage voice software? Any feedback, Pros, and Cons? Any 3rd-party app/vendor that will work with RC?
We're looking into implementing an auto-dialer if the caller hangs up. We also wanted a call rating system after the call with our staff.
